This is one of the super frustrating things that we all hate - losing favorite pins because they fall off. So to secure the pins and make sure they stay in place, you need to have quality pin backs. There are several types of them, so we put together a QUICK GUIDE on how to keep pins from falling off. Short answer: Deluxe Pin Locks available at Asilda Store, of course. 

We love stickers too! At the moment we don't have any free logo stickers to ship to you.

Shipping

Shipping rates can vary based on the location they are shipped to: $2.99 USA and $4.99 International flat rates. All orders are processed and shipped up to two working days from the date when the order was placed. If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent by Tuesday. We don’t ship on national holidays or any other day that the US Post Office regards as a “non working” day. 

We try to get the packages out of the door as quickly as possible.

Typical transit times:in the US: 1-3 business days. Internationally: 6-10 business days.

On some rare occasions, international post offices skip on the updating of the trackers. All packages always make to the final destinations, so hold tight and email us at customercare@asildastore.com so we can keep an eye on your shipment as well. One thing is certain: you'll be taken care of by our team no matter what. 

Yes, of course! It's a flat $4.99 fee. If you're having trouble at checkout in your country, send us a message to customercare@asildastore.com.

If you realize you accidentally typed your shipping address incorrectly please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it for you before your order ships. If your package has already shipped then let us know and we'll keep our eye out for it to be returned to us.

Please note: if we need to reship - the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Payments / Discount codes

If your discount code isn't being recognized at checkout, please make sure it's copied correctly (including any spacing or special characters).

Please note that multiple discount codes or offers cannot be combined. Note: you'll see it on our site if there is a current sale. Coupon code websites won't have any relevant promo codes as we keep them up to date frequently.

No worries! If you forgot to apply an eligible discount code during checkout, simply email customercare@asildastore.com with your Order # and discount code. We will apply the discount and you'll get a refund for the discount value or we'll let you know that the code is no longer valid. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / Cancelations

If your order has not started being processed, email us as soon as possible at: customercare@asildastore.com and we’ll let you know if your cancellation was successful. Note: All orders are processed and shipped the same or the following morning on the date when the order was placed.

In the last 4 years, we can count all returns that happened just on one hand probably. But in the rare care you do want to return what you just purchased, please email customercare@asildastore.com with your order # and we'll initiate the return process. 

1    Before returning an item, please email us within 3 days upon the delivery date at customercare@asildastore.com explaining why are you returning it.
2    Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving an email from us, or up to 30 days upon your order arrival date.
3    Send the item(s) in its arriving condition along with the original packing.

WHOLESALE

Asilda products are carried by numerous stores around the world, from Broadway bookstores in NYC to boutique beach shops in Hawaii. If you have a retail store and would love to stock up on Asilda products, please fill out this questionnaire and we will get back to you within a few days after reviewing your info. 

Asilda Store's wholesale MOQ is 20 per product. For example… 20 Traveler patches (20 of one style/design), not 20 of different/mixed kinds of patches.

We used to have a detailed worldwide map of all stores that carry Asilda products. We're thinking of bringing it back. For now, think of the book stores, stationary shops, outdoor gear stores, moto gear stores, camera stores, and lifestyle boutiques with the collections of the coolest things imaginable... These are some of our long-time partners and dear friends. 

We do not allow the sale of Asilda products on apparel by other brands. You can only sell Asilda Store products in original retail packaging.  Putting patches and other products on jackets, hats, and other products and then selling them is not allowed. 

Thanks for asking. No, you cannot list Asilda products on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or other marketplaces. As a wholesaler, you can sell only through your own channels - retail store or e-commerce website.

It is recommended that you add a short note that you are the authorized seller of Asilda products as buyers frequently message us saying our products have been ripped off and sold on other sites. 

You got it! All products ship in retail packaging. You can also request to add clear poly sleeves for pins. Some large retail stores need this to protect the inventory near the counters from theft.
