If You choose to pay for the Service by credit card, Your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by ASILDA STORE staff. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by our payment providers (including PayPal, Shopify, and Amazon Pay) to enable ASILDA STORE to bill your credit card automatically on a recurring basis. We do not respond to or honor 'Do Not Track' requests at this time.

You can opt-out of any marketing or email communications.

ASILDA STORE sends billing information, product information, Service updates and Service notifications to You via email. Our emails will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how You can choose to be removed from any mailing list not essential to the Service. ASILDA STORE will remove You at Your request.

ASILDA STORE uses MailChimp and Wheelio to collect and store your email addresses and personal information such as name and purchase history.

ASILDA STORE may communicate with you via email or in-app message based on your user profile or company profile. For example, if your ASILDA STORE account has no connection to an accounting system, we may email you with advice and suggestions on how to connect. The Service may allow You, the Subscriber, or another Invited User within the relevant subscription to the Service to transfer Data, including Your personal information, electronically to and from third-party applications. ASILDA STORE has no control over and takes no responsibility for, the privacy practices or content of these applications. You are responsible for checking the privacy policy of any such applications so that You can be informed of how they will handle personal information.

Age Limit.

Servers, data processing and data storage of your personal data.

ASILDA STORE is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

By entering personal information into the Services, you consent to that personal information being hosted on servers located in Canada. While your personal information will be stored on servers located in the Canada, it will remain within ASILDA STORE's effective control at all times. Each data hosting provider's role is limited to providing a hosting and storage service to ASILDA STORE, and we've taken steps to ensure that our data hosting providers do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, Your personal information. They do not control and are not permitted to access or use your personal information, except for the limited purpose of storing the information.

If You do not want Your personal information to be transferred to a server located in the U.S., You should not provide ASILDA STORE with Your personal information or use the Service.
